Location: Germany / Remote with some on-site presence.

Overview: Our client is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect who speaks fluent German to lead enterprise-level implementations and transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and strategy workshops with clients.

• Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.

• Provide oversight during implementation and testing phases.

• Work closely with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure best practices.

• Engage in stakeholder management and requirement gathering.

• Stay up to date with ServiceNow innovations and apply them to client solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect.

• 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow.

• Fluent in German and English.

• Deep knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.

• Strong leadership and consulting skills.

• Certifications in ServiceNow are highly desirable.
