Overview: Our client, a large enterprise in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead major transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive ServiceNow adoption across departments.

• Build strategic roadmaps and implementation frameworks.

• Liaise with technical and business stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment with regional compliance and security standards.

• Act as lead advisor to the platform owner.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English required.

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including large-scale implementations.

• Expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules.

• Experience working in the Middle East preferred.

• Willingness to relocate.
