ServiceNow Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for ServiceNow roles, from sourcing to placement.
Build relationships with candidates and clients.
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs.
Use creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals.
Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring cultural and technical alignment.
Maintain and update candidate data in the CRM.
Support the delivery of both permanent and contract recruitment solutions.
Attend industry events to grow your network and promote Enteres’ brand.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in recruitment (preferably in ServiceNow or enterprise tech)
Proven experience of successful Business Development.
Willingness to travel.
Proven ability to source and engage high-quality candidates.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem is a plus.
