ServiceNow Engagement Manager
Overview: Our client is looking for a strategic-minded Engagement Manager to oversee ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow project delivery from inception to completion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
Track and report project progress, risks, and financials.
Support sales and pre-sales efforts with delivery insights.
Maintain strong relationships with ServiceNow partner stakeholders.
Requirements:
5+ years of project/programme management experience.
Prior experience managing ServiceNow delivery teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus.
